Sandra has over 30 years of award winning Education and Training experience and expertise including serving as a Director of Education, Department Chair and Instructor at several higher education institutions. Most recently, she served as Training Officer for Fulton County specializing in developing customized training experiences for a variety of county agencies. She is the recipient of both the first quarter 2010 FOCUS award and the 2010 annual FOCUS award for Professional Excellence. At each college she has served she has been recognized as Instructor of the Year, Emerging Leader, and received the Presidents Award of Excellence. Presently, she is the Instructional Director for Brain Teaser Training specializing in leadership & management development, Human Resources, Customer Service and sales & marketing training. Additional responsibilities have included leading customer advisory boards, customer service training and facilitating leadership retreats.

Sandra has spent her career dedicated to education and working with a broad spectrum of people, helping them to achieve their goals and dreams. Her commitment is not limited to her paid career but spans all aspects of her life. She mentors at risk adolescents by teaching them how to speak, dress and be professional. She is an advocate for Adult Literacy. She is a VISTA volunteer for the Internal Revenue Service. While at Fulton County she brought the WorkForce Development program into the Clerk of Courts and personally mentored 12 deserving high school seniors. She is on the Professional Advisory Panel for two colleges in the Atlanta metro area. One of her focus areas is battered women whom she has counseled and worked with to assist them in reentering the workforce.

In addition to extensive professional presentation and leadership training from several well known programs including Senn Delany, Sandra holds a Master of Education in Leadership and Policy from the University of South Carolina. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of General Studies with a concentration in Literature, Magna Cum Laude, from Queens University in Charlotte. She is constantly working to improve her skills and stay ahead of the curve, most recently becoming certified in Customer Service and Ethical Leadership. In her spare time she is an avid reader and gourmand constantly working on new dishes and culinary combinations to entertain her many friends and family.
