Atlanta Classes

Different forms of training apply to the different ways students learn and to the different skills they are trying to learn.  At Brain Terser Training and Development we provide both instructor-led training and online training.   Both forms offer advantages to meet the needs of each and how they learn.  Softskills such as Stress management and handling an I-rate customer are best leaned in class through various role play type exercises.   Listed below are some of the classes available in Atlanta, GA.

Anger - Can I Keep My Cool?

  • Do you ever have that feeling in the pit of your stomach - your are so mad you want to explode?

Anger is a natural emotion and a reaction to negative stimuli.  The key is how we manage that anger and use it to your advantage.   This session will help you understand and reduce your emotional feelings and physiological reactions that anger triggers.  Cool down with  anger management dexterity that lets you feel the feeling yet control the behavior

    Critical Thinking is Not Scary

    Learn the keys to becoming a great thinker.  Critical thinking is a skill that will not only increase your work productivity but will enhance your personal life as well.  Understand what critical thinking really is and how important it is for you.  Develop methods of utilizing and applying critical thinking to all facets of your life.  This is your opportunity to find the hidden YOU - seize the opportunity become a critical thinker.

This is for you! Join your facilitator in discovering what happens physiologically and emotionally when you are stressed. Discover the good and bad sides of stress and learn how to manage your reactions to both - using the negative to discover the positive. "Mooooving" Stress will outline key factors in determining stressful indicators and teach you coping skills. Hands on!
